「Our Stay in Sandos was excellent. Friendly staff, great food, beautiful pools and the walk from the pool to the ocean was breathtaking. Thank you Sandos for the beautiful experience.」

「Every single person we encountered on this property was super helpful, especially the guy at the ice cream and espresso shop. He was warm and kind, but what stood out to us was that he was the same as his coworkers, not just friendly to guests. We had an incredible time. The reserve— not sure if it was worth it— was definitely quieter. Omar, our concierge, was a delight— not having to wake up early to find a beach bed, having reservations ready for us, and taking care of my husband's allergies...

「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」
