"Excellent stay at Riu Palace Las Américas! Great location, friendly staff, and everything we needed. Our tours picked us up right at the hotel, which made exploring easy. We loved the pools and had a great time at the parties. The crowd leaned older, and we made lots of new friends and connections throughout our stay. A fun, welcoming atmosphere—would definitely stay again!"

"My third time back and we enjoyed our time here as we have in the past. Service is the best I’ve experienced in all Cancun resorts as Hyatt staffs embody the client first approach. Staff standouts: Daniel. He personally dropped off electrolyte drinks to our room for my sick wife. Angelica at the Habaneros is always pleasant and lovely. One downgrade - AC at the cafe and the candy shop is turned off compared to my July visit. The cafe and the candy shop no longer enjoyable to sit in because it’s so hot in there. I hope they keep it back on."

"I stayed at Temptation Resort in August and had a great time! I really enjoyed the atmosphere and overall experience. One suggestion I have is to keep the pools open later at night and offer nighttime pool parties with music, entertainment, and swimming. I think this would be a great addition and make the resort even more fun, especially for guests who want to continue enjoying the pool after dark. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely return!"

"I truly enjoyed my stay at Secrets The Vine Cancun and would give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Our Junior Suite was amazing—it felt almost like an apartment! The rain shower was one of my favorite features; I joked that I wanted to pack it up and take it home. The room was consistently clean, well stocked, and beautifully maintained. I initially requested a room change because I wasn’t satisfied with the location of our first room for the price point. The staff accommodated us based on availability, and our new room had beautiful lagoon and ocean views. The balcony, robes, amenities, and overall comfort were excellent. The location was also a major plus—very convenient and close to everything. Most of the staff provided excellent service, and my concierge deserves 5+ stars! He was attentive and available whenever we needed him. I was also very pleased with the photography services and our photos.i had one negative engagement with a bartender on the 21st floor. What kept this from being 5 stars was the entertainment and especially the food. There wasn’t much to do at times, and unfortunately, none of the food really stood out. Restaurant meals were mediocre and often not hot enough, while room service consistently arrived cold or lukewarm. If the dining experience matched the accommodations, service, and location, this easily would have been a 5-star stay. Overall it was a great vacation and I would recommend it for couples seeking a quiet relaxing stay.-not entertainment"
