Costa Rica All-inclusive Hotel

"The food needs a major upgrade. Flavors, options, more of a variety is needed. & needs more local food options. WiFi service was the worst. Staff was amazing & resort was super super clean & ambiance is beautiful. Resort is beautiful. Definitely recommend staying if they get the food upgraded."

"Room was small but clean with good Air Conditioning. Loved the pool and the restaurant onsite. Reasonable and surprisingly AMAZING. Convenience store and Starbucks and KFC next door. Easy and convenient. Always seemed to be a line at the front desk. Breakfast was decent. "

"Very nice hotel with excellent amenities. The free airport shuttle doesn’t run very often, so we weren’t able to use it. The location is cocked by highways so you need a taxi to go almost anywhere if you want to explore the city or eat outside of the hotel. "

"The breakfast was excellent with typical offerings of beans and rice, plantains, eggs, as well as other treats along with outstanding fruit, interesting pickled local fare, and hot sauces. Good coffee and juices, attentive staff."

"We were given a room that was full of mildew. When we turned on AC to help it too smelled of mold. When I spoke to manager she said previous person did not complain, which just tells me they have poor quality control. (And that she was dismissing my concern). My son started coughing due to conditions and we talked to front desk about checking out early. Turns out when we first arrived I signed a form allowing no early check outs. Just make sure you look at room before you sign their paperwork. After we complained they moved us to a room more in keeping with how the rooms were advertised. So I think we were given a room that had not been renovated yet. In short, I agree with some of the other reviews, motel quality and staff not very friendly. Also if healthy food important to you- be aware they have margarine not butter, not the freshest ingredients. I thought given price, I was paying for better quality that just wasn’t there. For additional context- the sheets were thin, had stains, and back porch had sewer smell. "
