“The resort is beautiful, clean, surroundings areas was beautiful, staffs was very helpful, food was good, would like to see more options for breakfast and supper in the buffet area. I had one issue with my room , which was the odor in the bathroom, like a strong ocean water smell every time you turn the faucet or flushed the toilet. When I complained to staff about it, the answer was it’s not only my room, it’s throughout the property.”

“This was our first time at an all inclusive and we weren’t impressed. The property is very large but it isn’t as maintained as I expected. The rooms are dark and smell moldy. We were a party of four and consistently had to request an extra towel daily (they only provided three). The restaurants we ate at were okay, which I had heard would be the case. “We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. “Séjour de 19 jours qui fut très agréable! Site exceptionnel aves accès direct sur playa Langosta, rocheuse mais fréquentée par les surfeurs. A 15 minutes de marche par la route, ou 30 minutes par la côte, de la magnifique plage de sable de Tamarindo. Chambre vaste et très confortable. Piscine bien entretenue et jamais trop occupée. Plage avec un coucher de soleil spectaculaire! Faune sur le site : Réveillés tous les matins par les singes hurleurs qui traversent le site de l’hôtel. Les petits……
