“All the staff was great. Shout out to Byron at the pool bar! The grounds were beautiful and everything was always clean. Food was better than other all inclusive resorts we have stayed at. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Property and resort staff were amazing. Didn't like that room security was non existent. My sons were hanging out in their room and another guest walked in. We complained about the mishap. It was never followed up by the hotel staff. Also, didnt care for the wrist bands/room keys associating your "status".”

We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow.
