“10/10 Trip! Clean room, friendly staff, good food & drinks”

“Tons of pools to lounge in for people of all ages, no issues finding a chair either. Beach is just steps from the pools and entertainment going all day long to keep everyone entertained! Staff are very polite and the rooms and facilities are all kept very clean”

“We stayed in a junior suite pleasure room, the O-suites. The room was nice overall and loved the mirror over the bed but did our jacuzzi went out the first 3 nights of our 5 day stay. The food wasn’t great and everything tasted as if it was seasoned the same. $15 up charge for room service and the food was horrible. 2-3 hour wait to get in for dinner every night. And even though we stayed on the adult side all restaurants are on one floor with the family side and there was no way to make a……

“Buffets were okay.. lots of chicken, pork and fish.. everything was clean and the kitchen staff was great My wife and I had a spacious room on the first floor. Being so close to the road we could hear the noise of loud voices. Unfortunately, we were told to not go out at night, but there’s really nothing to go do! I hope that the Jamaican people will realize that they are leaving a lot of money on the table for not giving tourists a reason or a place to go to.”

“This is the second time I have stayed here, it was great the first time. This time I found the wait staff a little rude, the chef at the grill really rude but the front desk staff excellent. We had a cabana room where the cabana had not been cleaned so we couldn’t use it. We went to the seafood resto and the gnocchi was inedible, They had a bingo game at the pool and I won but they had no prize!”

“Property is beautiful. Make sure you choose your spot at the pool or beach early. My biggest complaint about this place is that they allow people to "save" spots all over. I watched 1 couple place towels at the beach, pool & cabana one morning. Many chairs are only occupied by a towel for hours. Frustrating. The food was excellent. I do wish that the breakfast buffet menu would change daily. It got old after the first couple of days. We will likely return to this property. We have stayed……

“The food overall and the location were excellent. The evening events were awesome. Silver Birds hands down a blast! The Michael Jackson tribute group was cool. And the catamaran trip with snorkeling and Margaritaville was so much fun! Office of Nature down the Beach was a fun spot. Best resort trip by far!!”
