「I love having my own space, especially with my dog. They were okay with her barking during the day and when I would stay at the resorts they would call or text me to come get her even though she was doing what dogs do. The staff were very sweet and got us anything we needed. The cottages do not have an ocean view but it is one block from it. The only thing that frustrated me were the televisions. There were 2 remotes for each TV and we never could figure out the living room TV. Even with help!」

「Older place but Our room was clean. Beach view was great. Location perfect next to the 2nd Ave pier. Staff was friendly. Hot tub warm but no jets. the pool splash pad and lazy river were good. There were limited chairs around the pool and no pool towels offered Plenty of ice from the multiple-ice machines The staff were wonderful and let us swim while we waited to check in and then let us check in early once our room was ready. Super thankful for that ability. Not fancy but...

「The place as a whole was not clean or well maintained at all. Everything was filthy and there was mildew in the shower. Peeling paint everywhere. The balcony felt like it would fall off the building at any time. Kids stayed in the pool past closing. Joint butts on the balcony and cigarette butts everywhere. I couldn’t enjoy the balcony much because of people smoking cigarettes. The water faucets were backwards in the bathroom and my kid burned her hands with hot water trying to wash them. I...

「If I could give this place zero stars I would. The rooms are disgusting and look nothing like they look on the pictures online. The room they gave me had mold on the lampshade, paint chipping off the walls, broken outlet covers with exposed outlets. I asked the front desk person if I could cancel my reservation that I only reserved only an hour and a half before I got there, and he told me that I could cancel but he would charge me $800 if I did. I still didn't stay in the room. I left...

「Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do.」
