「Room was old and not clean enough. Not worth the price the charge for the night. They charge too much for the room and not even offering breakfast.」

「The view and location are great however the room was very dirty. The bathroom door did not close, the shower was absolutely unacceptable, with hair all over. There were also cockroaches in our room. We had to go get our own clean towels and a new roll of toilet paper. There was trash under the beds and the floors were dirty.」

「The room that displayed for selection is not the room I received. Room was nasty, bathroom light was hanging off and v didn’t work, tile floor was greasy and slippery, carpet was sticky, and the room didn’t have any towels. I called the desk for assistance, asked for a new room, not provided, asked for the light to get fixed and towels. Security came for the light and banged it until it turned on and we v were told if we v wanted towels to come to the office to get them. The offices was in a...

「My daughter, son and myself stayed from 07/09 to 07/13 our room was really clean , the staff was great really helpful met our accommodations , they stayed on top of making sure we had what we needed , the air conditioning was nice and cool , parking was good they had a full house but still enough spaces for all who were there.」

「Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do.」

「The staff at The Conway Fairfield Inn was beyond friendly and helpful. The ladies at the front desk were amazing. It was refreshing to have any and all questions answered with a genuine smile and warmth. Our room and the property were immaculate, the breakfast was great and the pool was nice to use after a long hot day on campus at CCU. We will absolutely stay here again! : )」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」
