“One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel.”

“First of all, the hotel WAS NOT called Brisas Tropical playa Los Corales. Instead it was called Tropicana. To make the matters worse, there was no sign to be seen from the street. In fact, the sign one can see from the street says some other hotel name. Also, the google map to the hotel from Expedia kept on sending us to the wrong places in the neighborhood. The phone number on Expedia was also wrong so nobody picked up. It literally took us over two hours to find the place! Secondly, the……

“I’m not usually an all-inclusive type of traveler, but this resort was a great fit for us. The property never felt crowded, the beach was wide and relaxing, and we liked having the flexibility to eat only what we wanted instead of feeling tied to buffet meals all day. The food choices were also great, being open to trying new things is key! The drinks were amazing, nothing was watered down like at other locations.”

“As soon as I got to the resort, the staffs were so welcoming. Extremely helpful, even with a language barrier they tried their very best to communicate with you. They weren’t pushy to get you to buy anything, no obligations. They understood you just want to enjoy your vacation.
