「Amazing resort! My mom and I stayed here for 5 days and it was fantastic! The beach was clean and well-maintained; the ocean was clear and so pleasant to swim in. The resort property is huge and secluded, a perfect location to decompress from the city noise. And the food was AMAZING!!!!! You have to dine at the French restaurant.」

「Clean, well Maintained, food was excellent」

「Esta lindo y limpio 」

「Swim out rooms are amazing. Beach is perfect. Night shows in the theatre and amazing. 10/10.」

「Seasoned traveller with 8 family members all adults. We come down to Mexico 3 times per year also travel heavily in europe. First time to Grand palladium resort in Mayan Rivera. First the check in was not good. We checked it at around 5:00pm so you would think lots of staff but nope one person which must of been a fill in because it took around a hour for all up to get checked in ( Rating ) 1 out of ten. Than to the rooms , my wife and I had a great room, but two off our party had bug problem...

「There is nothing we did not like. Staff so wonderful; pools pristine and fun; food was excellent and many choices. Room was so inviting; loved the TV channel with Jimmy Buffett in concert 24/7. Special call out to the best concierge, Janey. Erick at breakfast always saw us enter the Boathouse and gave us a table up front because we are partially handicapped. Landshark Bar and Grill always yummy and fun. We has a swim out room and it was wonderful. We were there in August and returned in October....

「Beware of the mosquitos!!!! Room could’ve been cleaner and better maintained. Overall experience was good. BUT also beware of the staff trying to get youngish go to a timeshare presentation!!! We were told right as we checked in that someone would meet with us to talk about their membership opportunities. Turned out that it was a timeshare presentation and they wasted 2 hours from our very short trip.」

「Well maintained properly with exceptionally helpful staff. We like coming here with small children as they have an excellent kids club program and all 3 pools and hot tubs are kid accessible. Four restaurants to choose from which are all equally good. We come back here frequently, and the quality of the experience has not changed over the years.」

「The front desk staff were rude. This hotel has gone down hill since I visited about four years ago. We were told "because you booked through Expedia, you do not get champagne in your room". Our room smelled musty and moldy. When I called the front desk for questions, a man would answer, cut me off, and then hang up. Not a warm and welcoming vibe from anyone besides the rooftop workers and the Bartender Alejandro. They were great. I originally had a trip planned here again in a few months and I...
