"I almost want to write a horrible review to keep this place a secret for myself, but that wouldn't be fair because this place is heaven on earth. Due to a mix up on my part, we showed up to the property a day early and the reception staff went out of their way to get us a room available even though we weren't scheduled to be there. Everyone was kind and accommodating. The food is outstanding! Seriously! The grounds of this place are like a gift that keeps on giving, cenotes with cold beautiful...

"Jesus was the highlight of the facilities. Great attitude, always helpful and friendly. Hotel was nice and had good AC, hot water and good views. Not many restaurants around, Umbal the restaurant at the hotel was decent for the price, BSKY was terrible at the sister hotel Mereva, steer clear of that place, Icaro at Bespoke was phenomenal! Really such good quality and service for a similar price point. We had massages at the hotel which were good. There is construction next door so weekdays were...
