「We’ve been to several spots in Mexico and other resorts but to be honest Dreams Tulum is our home. As soon as you walk in, everyone greets you, everyone smiles, and everyone steps a side to make sure your are okay. Dreams Tulum reminds me of a small town in the middle of the jungle, a small town that everyone knows your name. Only ding in the beach and need to figure out the best time to come, but on a clear day you can actually walk out (chest high at least 50 yards), another disclaimer they...

「Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.」

「the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.」
