"The hotel is conveniently located in the airport at Terminal 3. The staff is friendly and very helpful for checking in and out. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds are a little firmer than we are used to but are comfortable enough. We were there for one night so it was good. We will stay again in the future due to the convenience of the location at the airport."

"This hotel is in the center of the Shibuya Scramble Crossing. The location is amazing for sites and transport (Shibuya Station connects to the hotel). You’re minutes away from Takeshita Street and Shinjuku. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. While the area is insanely busy, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. The views are incredible and the breakfast buffet is delicious (the buffet has Japanese and Western dishes and is on the 25th floor with lovely views as far as the eye can see). The hotel rooms are on the smaller side and the bathrooms are a little dated and small (they remind me of cruise ship bathrooms but ours had a bathtub). All in all, though, we truly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor of the Shibuya Smart City building; we had a hard time finding the entrance from where the taxi dropped us off on the side street. The basement floor of the building is a grocery store where the displays are works of art and the ground/first floor is entirely dedicated to sweets. Think of large department store jewelry and make up display counters filled with the most decadent sweets. Shibuya is full of places to eat. "

"Had a literally delightful stay in Tokyo for 2 weeks and this hotel was perfect for access to the whole of Tokyo and other transit routes as it's on the doorstep of Shinjuku Station. Breakfast buffet is great, the room was spacious, staff fantastic, helpful and friendly. Only criticism, would be nice to have more laundry facilities as they can be busy. But this is minor and can't really knock stars off for this. To all the staff ありがたうございます"
