“Clean room, staff very nice, excellent!”

“Staff were amazing, pool was great, the room was really cute. AC and the ceiling fan combo were great after spending time outdoor in the sun. We did have issue with AC dripping water but when I told the concierge Enrique, he took care of it right away and we had no issue afterwards. However the breakfast was too salty we skipped the other day even when it was included in our bill. (I would only recommend the pancakes!) The water pressure was really bad it was just dripping. It was little……

“My husband & I stayed 4 nights recently. The hotel is just as pretty in person as it is online. The rooftop pool was beautiful, we didn’t make it to the pool on the 1st floor but it was calling our name every time we walked past it. Cat at the front desk checked us in, she was wonderful. “I’m baffled by the reviews this property has, and maybe we were just unlucky in our room, but we had to leave after one night. Bed was rock hard (coming from avid travellers who’ve never complained even after getting hip bruises from hard beds elsewhere, this is HARD). My partner slept part of the night on the stone sofa. “Blackout curtains” is comical - there was a steady stream of bright light from the pool area all night through sheer black curtains, keeping us up (again, I can sleep……
