"I wish I read the instructions folder in my room with all the facilities available. Lots of help items the hotel can supply. You get 2 bottles of water a day with new towels every day. The iron board which square and just a flat board was a challenge. Great view from my room I was quite high. Lifts go 8th floor then you need your hotel card in the other lifts to reach your room. Amazing location and checkout was my fastest ever. "

"The hotel was wonderful. We didn’t have time to explore the pool, but they had a gym on the fourth floor. There were a lot of restaurants in hotel and a coffee shop. There was an area behind the hotel that had lots of restaurants, but unfortunately didn’t have time to explore that area, but it was very nice. The only thing I wish was if the lobby would have some chairs to sit in. We arrived around 4 AM and we were all very tired and it would’ve been nice if there were some chairs to sit in."

"Staff are so amazing and friendly. We stayed in the executive suite with breakfast included and would highly recommend if it is within your budget. The location is easily accessible to transit to get to downtown / main tourist locations. There are also some really nice sights in the immediate walkable area. Found the access to the shopping malls really helpful for all the convenient dining options. Would love to stay again if we return to Japan!"
