「At the moment of arrival you can tell how clean and well maintained the entire property is. The pools, room, bars, restaurants were all spotless. Crews constantly cleaning everything. We had such a great time, the food was varied, delicious and well prepared. The drink service both bar and poolside never left us wanting anything else. The entertainment was fun in the pools, yet we were able to relax and have peace and quiet in our swim up. We are thrilled that we chose to visit」

「Samantha and the rest of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is super cute with gorgeous plants, clean rooms, and a great spot on the beach. The Agave restaurant associated with the hotel was delicious. They have the tallest vantage point along the coast of Tulum so you can enjoy sunset over the trees and sunrise over the ocean. They also have a coffee service included where they bring you freshly roasted coffee and leave it outside your room at your desired time....

「Tout parfait petit bémol les chaises doivent être réservées a 7h le matin et les membres ont priorité donc pas beaucoup de places disponibles, j’aurais aimé plus de calme à la piscine (moins d’activités bruyantes) Mais on est traité aux petits soins, merci à Marguerito au restaurant il très efficace.」

「We just got back from our trip to Mexico and stay at this beautiful place for six nights! all the pictures online look exactly the same in person. The staff goes above and beyond for their guest.( probably the best staff the way we were taken care of of any hotel we've ever stayed at) they truly want you to have an amazing experience. The rooftop bar/ pool was by far our favorite and if you go, please ask for Raul he's the best waiter we've ever had and will make you smile each time you see...
