“The beach was relaxing and the beach bar provided good food and drinks.Their service was good.All the staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of.I can say the same for the pool and swim up bar.I did not like the constant asking if we wanted to see a presentation to buy future vacations with the resort.They were relentless and had a hard time taking no for a answer.All in all the resort was a good time.We enjoyed the shows and night club.The food in the different restaurants was very……

“The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful! Also the waiters were so nice and friendly. We felt very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel which was right in the center of Playa del Carmen and just a few footsteps to the clubs and bars but still very quite so that we could sleep very well. The tours to Chichen Itza and Tulum we have booked at La Tortuga hotel were cheaper than at other hotels :-) and the included buffet was great. We can highly recommend this……

“The hotel has a classic appearance, and considering how near it is to 5th Avenue it was remarkably quiet (not silent, but not loud either). Room was clean and comfortable, the staff very kind. Cool oceanic water feature in the courtyard, and a nice small pool (we didn't have time to enjoy it ourselves). Close to lots of dining options, and s half block from 5th Ave. If we were going to spend more time in Playa del Carmen, we would definitely choose this hotel. ”
