"I have been in many hotels along the Riviera Maya and I have never experienced the quality of service this place has to offer. We were at the Kantenah Family Select are in the Villa 40, first of all the place is amazing and is worth the upgrade to a walk out pool. We had two butlers Emmanuel y Luis, they were amazing they were at our services 24/7 anything we needed they made sure to get it and the level of attention to details was amazing. We were there just in time to celebrate our 22 year anniversary and they surprised us with an amazing and romantic decoration in our room, I wasn’t expecting that grand gesture. We also had our driver Fernando, he was absolutely amazing, my son loved him he couldn’t believe how nice and cool he was, he was always telling us the best places to go, helping us getting anything we needed as well, he is training to be a butler and I have no doubt he will be an amazing one. We love the place but most of it we love the quality of sevices we received at building 40 from Emmanuel, Luis and Fernando, they made our stay an unforgettable one and with desire to come back next year. We also love the restaurant we visited, the Nest for breakfast, special writing on the coffe it made our day to start on a great note, Bahia e Brasa they were amazing on services and food, La Jarra great food for lunch and friendly staff and the Family Select bar great services, friendly and great drinks. I can’t say enough to describe what an amazing vacation we had."
