「Form the moment we arrived we were greeted with chilled Champagne at the door at that moment I knew that we were in the right place, and I wasn’t disappointed everything in this resort was by far exceeded what I expected the cleanliness the attention given to every guest, the entertainment offered at the resort till the last day it never changed. It was a beautiful experience. It was my first time visiting Tulum and I was not disappointed at the very least.」

「The rooftop patio room we got was amazing, eating breakfast up there every day watching the sunrise over the ocean was the best I’ve had out of anywhere I’ve gone down south. And then me and my girlfriend would set up an iPad to watch Netflix on the rooftop while we drink wine and ate cheese watching the sun go down over the ocean.

「The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay.
The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. 」
