「Great experience」

「Everyone was so pleasant! The breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt and some additional items were delicious. I enjoyed the social hour and took the opportunity to talk to a couple of people. Jose and another concierge made perfect recommendations for excursions.」

「Breakfast was fresh but very late every morning. It started after 8am, i had trips planned and needed to leave early on fee days but there was no breakfast. I tried looking around the property but couldn’t find anyone to ask. Also, apparently there was a waterfall but they didn’t turn it on until my last day of trip. They also tried to put me in a different room than the one I booked ( Orchid Suite). I has to ask them about it and then they moved me.」

「The staff was amazing, the front desk helped with booking excursions, massages, and private chefs. We did the panoramic suite and it was big, comfy, and fun. We had our own rooftop pool and 3 king bedrooms/3 full bathrooms. Had a great on site restaurant and bar. Really nice gym. Elevator was available and some of the staff spoke English for us that need it. Only slight negatives where the nearby surroundings where not great to look at and the water would, at times, smell bad so we would...

「The kitchen is large with plenty of storage. Kettle and coffee maker and large fridge . I would suggest more pots and pans for 4 people accomodating the room 」

「I loved this place, however it would be best if they could offer at least basic coffee in the morning so we don't have to wait until we go out to have coffee. Also, they could add a jacuzzi for the ones that loves relaxing on the jacuzzi like I do even when is very hot」

「The staff at Moxy made the stay the most enjoyable part of the trip, everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The bikes provided were okay, but not the most comfortable for getting around. I’d definitely recommend renting a moped through Dias-Mex Scooter Rentals instead.
