“The stay was decent. I don’t want to fully complain because overall I had a good time but honestly the little things sometimes matter to me. The phone in the room did not work so I had to walk back and forth from the lobby if I needed something. There were mosquitoes and gnats flying in the room - I was bit multiple times. “We reserved a bungalow and ended up requesting a room change due to rodant droppings on our bed after our first night. Once we were transferred to another room the hot water was not functioning and had to wait until the morning for maintenance to replace. The pool and the jacuzzi were not clean and we choose not to get in. We stayed a total of 8 days and 7 nights and did enjoy a cool room because the a/c functioned excellent. The housekeeping was also exceptional cleaning our room on a daily……
