「I am very satisfied with our stay at sandos, the staff are very helpful, the rooms are very well taken care daily, the entertainments are very joyful and well organize, the foods are delicious and having choices where to dine. The maintenance when called are very prompt to fix things easily. overall its a good experience that we choice sandos as our vacation haven in Cancun Mexico.」

「Everything very good」

「Our concierge Jared was very nice very attent to us. Well recommended.」

「Not what it used to be. I have been here a few times, up to about 3 years ago. I returned this year and it had a whole different vibe. It no longer felt home-like, and definitely had a hotel feel. Most of the staff was amazing and helpful. The pool bartenders all had a bad attitude, like we were bothering them anytime we asked for a drink. Made us feel unwelcome. Honestly I wouldn’t stay here again unless I am only sleeping here.」
