"The hotel is conveniently located near Tokyo Station and Ginza Metro line. The hotel is relatively new so in good shape, although the room is tight, the bathroom is surprisingly spacious with an overhead shower and tub separated from the sink and toilet. If you chose not to have the room cleaned, they will leave clean towels, pajamas and the amenities in a paper bag outside your door.
