「The junior king suite was a usual room but the kitchen had some cabinets. The balcony hosted an abundance of spiders and webs. The personal hot tub was a 20 year old Jacuzzi. Decor was also dated. There are no laundry facilities on premises so we went to the airport with swim wear in a plastic bag. The entire staff was extremely pleasant.」

「I have complained and complained and complained to everyone possible about this already, but I really feel robbed by this host. Check in was a nightmare that took over an hour and the next day my family and I were locked out of our hotel room all day til around 1 o'clock , we stayed at the beach that morning but by 11 everyone needed in the room and we had a day planned and only the next day left for our vacation.
