“The house is beautiful, cozy, and even nicer than the photos. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. All rooms have AC and ceiling fans, all working perfectly. The condominium is very safe, quiet, and peaceful, with good privacy despite the houses being close together. Waking up to birds singing in the morning was lovely. The concierge, Ludwig, was very attentive and friendly. On the downside, the location is very remote, with an unpaved dirt road. We……

“Whilst the room (including the bathroom, kitchen, and towels) could have been cleaner, the host was quick to respond and available when we arrived late. Overall, the property could use some maintenance, particularly around the pool and the surrounding area. That said, it was a comfortable stay for our two nights in Tulum, and the location was good too.”

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. ”
