"Queen cafe was everything we needed for our visit to Hanoi. Great location right in old quarter but in a quiet part and rooms were on the end away from the street. Staff were very friendly and helpful :)"

"The rooms are set back from the noisy main drag and located right in the hears of nightlife and quiet daytime coffee shops and cafes.
The shower had very hot water quickly and with high pressure. The bed and linens were high quality - and the breakfast with eggs to order had ample meats, fruits, breads, and rice options.
I highly recommend this hotel !!"

"Breakfast: they have wide menu, what they can cook for you (7 types of dishes with eggs and list of vietnamese dishes), 4-6 types of fresh fruits and a lot of different food overall.
Location: amazing, close to everything but not crowded and noisy
Staff: ultra friendly, I wanted to get knife for fruits, but they forced me to give fruits to them and they made pretty plate with fruits by themself.
Room: good, stylish, big balcony with good view
I strictly advice to stay here, will visit this place again"
"The service and staff attentiveness is really amazing! We stayed here for a weekend and then went to Sapa and Ha Long. They booked us a taxi when checking out and when we wanted to keep our luggage for a few hours before our flight after we came back from Ha Long, they let us put our luggage even though we stayed with them the previous week. I have never seen this before. Highly recommended if you are staying in Hanoi"
"My second time staying at Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel and I absolutely love it. The location is perfect, being right in the middle of the old quarter, but away from noisy bars, which makes it quiet for sleeping at night and is within walking distance of major sites. The rooms are nicely decorated and are cleaned every day, and the minibar items are cheap and restocked every day. The WiFi is reliable and very fast.
All of the staff that work there are very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Anna, who always comes to chat to you at breakfast, and every other time she sees you throughout the day. I lost all of my bank cards in an accident, and Anna helped me out by arranging for a money transfer instead, which was perfect, and meant that I didn't have to cut my holiday short.
The second time I arrived at the hotel very early in the morning from Ninh Binh, the staff allowed me to check in early so that I didn't have to hang around all day.
The selection of food available for breakfast was very good, and they have a good cooked breakfast selection too.
If you are looking for a bit of luxury and hospitality, then you won't be disappointed in this hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Hanoi.

"The hotel was perfectly suited for the Old Quarter and easy walking distance to key sights. Nice and clean. Excellent bathroom facilities.
Staff were superb and always on hand to help.
We were welcomed with a cold drink while check-in happened we were given a map and guidance on what was nearby. Thank you to Anna, Angela, Messi and others for all their help.
Special mention also to Paul who worked in the breakfast. I can definitely recommend the hotel"
