「En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten...

「My wife and I stayed here in May 2024. This is an excellent resort! I had no complaints. Some reviews people leave will deter others but do not listen to them! This resort always has an activity planned, multiple bars, food options were great, staff was friendly and helpful! Just an overall excellent experience and vibe! I love this property and my wife and I will be back! Great job to the staff and Operations team!」

「Our overall stay was good but the shuttle service was very poor. Not enough service. Also the lobby needs more big fans. It was extremely hot. The staff need to understand and speak English. They did not understand many things we tried to tell. The pool needs more cleaning.」

「From checking in to checking out my family of 5 had a wonderful visit. For us the food was very good, from the buffet and especially the Italian restaurant. The staff were all friendly. The bartenders at the swim up pool were mazing, especially the Alberto’s at the relaxing pool. Would recommend this resort and definitely would go back! This is an adult only resort and going here you need to understand that going in. We had a great time!」

「Todo muy hermoso muy recomendado para familia con niños celebramos el cumpleaños de mi niña y unos de los acesores se llama Ruben Family nos ayudo cómo hacer todo ,el trato del personal excelente la comida mucha variedad ,el servicio de habitación todo el tiempo disponible pedíamos la leche a mis niñas en la noche y la mañana calentica,la habitación nos las limpiaban todos los días y nos cambiaban la toallas ,él area de juegos siempre había algo que hacer para los niños las muchachas muy atentas...
