“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Extremely helpful in getting reservations at the ala carte restaurants and explaining the upgraded amenities with gold wristband that we had access to because we booked through Expedia. The check in staff did not explain any of the amenities of the resort, which restaurants were open and that there was room service (which we did not know) to us and the sandos ap was hard to use.
