「A very disappointed experience! I booked this resort on Hotels.com, which clearly mentioned the room was equipped with private onsen. However, when we arrived the staff told us that there was a failure on the water pump and they couldnt provide onsen water! The only solution they had offered was some PUBLIC onsen entries on its surrounding area…. This is totally unacceptable and disappointed that we drove so far to here and they couldnt provide this particular service, with no compensation and...

「チェックインの施設が分かりづらかったです。たまたま泊まった部屋の駐車場が離れており、そこに本当に停めて良いのか分からず不安でした。一件綺麗に清掃されているように見得ますが、たぶんダニがいるので一晩中痒かったです。翌日は近くの別のホテルに泊まりましたが、痒くなることはありませんでした。それ以外は、Wi-Fiの接続、繋速度も良く良かったと思います。」
