“Room clean, a/c was good. We were on the ground floor so back door lead to private jungle with a hammock. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Limited parking so get there early if your driving but they will direct you to close alternative parking spots if needed. Overall 9/10. Very cool place. ”

“I went with my partner and we loved our room. The food at the sushi bar and tago restaurant was really good. Staff was so helpful and friendly. They gave us tun down service every night with sweet treats. The shower was the best shower out of the 4 hotels we visited on this trip. Great water pressure, spacious and the quality of the water was so good. Skin felt smooth and not dried out. They offered wash clothes, robes, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. “Had a wonderful experience with my daughter. Great location, we were able to walk to all the amazing restaurants in the area. Friendly stafff at Ahau, loved our waiter Sergio. Was very relaxing and serene.”

“If you have any food allergies avoid this hotel chain. They have a food legend for each item. It has the food name and it’s supposed to contain the allergens in the food. The problem is that the allergy legend isn’t consistent. Half the time it says nothing only the item like “broccoli” and then you find out later that it does contain the allergen. As someone who is gluten free, after day 3 and finding out that the legend is not used properly, I was required to ask for chef assistance every……
