"Excellent service at reception "

"Our stay at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco was truly wonderful! The location is perfect — as a mother of two, it was such a relief to be able to step right outside and enjoy the beautiful piers with my family without needing a car (which is great since parking in San Francisco can be tricky). We even hopped on the cable car right nearby, and after exploring, coming back to such a comfortable and welcoming hotel felt amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful, and everything about our stay felt easy and relaxing. The highlight of our trip was definitely the RC restaurant at the top of the rotating hotel — it was magical watching the city slowly move around us as we enjoyed our meals. My kids loved having breakfast there, especially seeing the sunrise over the bay. Thank you, Hyatt, for such an unforgettable experience. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Rooms were very clean, the check in and check out process was very easy. The gentlemen assisting in our luggage’s were so kind in holding our bags before check in so we didn’t have to lug them throughout the day. Breakfast was delicious and reminded me of an all inclusive amenity. Great experience "

"Very clean hotel. The gentleman working the morning bar and evening bar are very nice. One tip, leave milk out for coffee! Ciffe was great but creamer packs are gross! Highly recommend staying here. Walked to everything. Once again, clean!!!"

"We chose the Hilton in the Financial District because of its proximity to the theatre we were going to. We were in for a pleasant surprise as we explored the China Town. Nice area to walk around and experience San Francisco’s Chinatown culture. Walking distance to some great food options and bars. "
