「Lush garden. The lobby has plenty seating. Did not enjoy the hotel. I do believed I didnt get the room that I paid for. The air conditioner was first so loud. The man came and bridge it with a piece of wood. We had to turn it off and use the fan. The bathroom had rust on the soap dish holder and the shower curtain rod. The room had a musty smell. We cut the trip short and left Sunday instead of Monday.」

「This was one of the best vacations and resort so far . We stayed for 13 days ,,loved every day . Beautiful beach ,,nice and quiet resort . No laud music all day long . Perfect place to relax and enjoy ! Food was so good ,,all restaurants have amazing staff and food choices . Even vegan option ! Staff is so nice ,helpful ,smiling ,,happy place for sure . Rooms are huge,,with pool ,,overlooking beach . Drinks are strong and made the way they should be . There is lots of free amenities ....

「The beach and overall vibe compensate alot for the negatives. Mainly, the facilities are quite worn down. The buildings all need refreshing. Food in asian restaurant was average at best the other restaurant "feathers" was much better. Great place to just relax and get away but for what they charge they could offer more.」

Recommend Heliconia for dinner (IMO better than Otaheite, the only reservation required restaurant).」

「Sehr liebevolles, gepflegtes Hotel mit einem sehr aufmerksamen, überaus freundlichen und kompetenten Team. Der Strand ist wunderschön und weitläufig, sodass man jederzeit Ruhe genießen kann. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen und weiterempfehlen! Es gibt jede Menge Aktivitäten am Strand, wie z.B. Stand-Up-Paddeling und Schnorcheln, jedoch fehlte uns persönlich so etwas wie Tennis, was für uns das einzige Manko darstellte.」
