“As a major conference hotel, I think they probably did it badly. Everybody coming for a conference more or less needs WIFI to work, no matter it's uploading or downloading thing - which mean WIFI is very vital for a conference hotel yet the room I was arranged had a poor, no, had basically NO reception to the WIFI except at the door front.
