“This resort is very average and not as good as the dreams in Punta Cana. - it’s old and dated - the restaurants aren’t very good and they’re often closed - rooms need an update - the biggest complaint is that there’s two pools and one of them is used all day as a party. Constant music, people drinking in the pool all day (and never getting out to go to the washroom), - there are limited lounge chairs and they’re always “reserved by 7:00 am. - lastly and not someting the resort can manage but……

“Our room was decent size. Double beds are a little too small for a couple. Rooms are cleaned daily. We don’t always get our water restocked though. But we just get them from the bars. I feel like the rooms and decor are a little dated but overall it’s still a pretty nice resort. Our butler/ concierge Cielo and David from White sand are very helpful. “This resort was amazing. It was like they had thought of every detail. The whole resort was immaculately clean inside and out. The pools the beaches were gorgeous with tons of seating. There was a sargassum problem this week, however the resort staff were cleaning it continually and the beach was quite usable in places. The resort was so spacious, we walked all the time and always something fun to see, including lots of wildlife. There were shuttles running all the time for people that……
