“We had an incredible stay at Papaya Playa! All of the staff were friendly and helpful and accessible whenever we needed anything or had any questions and provided a lot of good recommendations to us. It was easy to be able to chat via WhatsApp’s with the front desk for questions and to arrange whatever we needed. The hotel was able to arrange scooter and bike rentals and the hotel is right at the start of the hotel zone so Tulum Road was very accessible. Our casita was beautiful and clean and……
