"It was an excellent hotel and a great price. The only downside is as of most of San fran there is no parking. On the bright side the very helpful front desk staff advised me of a parking lot very close by for a good price. "

"I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The entire experience felt futuristic and innovative, everything in the room is powered by an iPad or phone app, making it super convenient and enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and hassle-free. The staff truly made the stay exceptional. Sunday and Fernie were absolutely amazing, so welcoming, friendly, and full of great local recommendations. Their hospitality alone is enough to make me want to return and continue recommending this hotel to friends and family. Another highlight was the sense of security. The building exterior is monitored by a security guard, which gave me extra peace of mind during my stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations in every way, from technology and amenities to the incredible staff. I can’t wait to come back!"

"Beautiful hotel; friendly and efficient staff, nice amenities. I stayed four nights for a work conference. The $35 daily “destination fee” is annoying and made me feel obligated to eat there to use it, but the restaurant was nice. "
