"Honestly really loved this place. The reviews kinda scared me as they were mixed reviewed but I absolutely loved this place. I came here solo and ended up doing the diamond club because I didn’t want to end up in a party area too much but honestly didn’t use it much on the beach but i definitely felt the VIP of it. I had a butler who helped me so much book things, the staff was super friendly although I can see how it wouldn’t be amazing if you weren’t diamond club. The food at the buffet felt better quality than the restaurants tbh. I did the spa and it was delightful. I love that it’s somewhat of a party resort but it’s not too crazy it’s the perfect mixture. Definitely would come back again."

"A Truly Perfect Mexican Escape! The InterContinental Presidente Cancún exceeded every expectation. The beach is breathtaking: white sand, crystal-clear water with virtually no seaweed, and a calm, swimmable ocean. The resort layout is brilliantly designed, the deck bar sits behind the pool, keeping it intimate and private, while opening up to a stunning ocean view that stops you in your tracks whether you're at the bar or relaxing on the couches. The food is outstanding across the board. Authentic, lovingly prepared Mexican cuisine at the restaurants, great casual dining at the deck bar, and breakfasts that were a highlight every single day — fresh juices, custom omelettes, pastries, and rich Mexican classics. The resort is the perfect size, not too large, with beautiful landscaping and every detail carefully considered. This is the kind of place you come back to. Highly recommend."
