圖倫座間酒店住宿推介

「Todo muy bien」

「Sobre este hotel no puedo escribir mucho, fuimos reubicados en otro hotel,」

「The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The only thing we did not like was the cost of the transfer from the airport to the property. If you stay at the property they should provide the transfers. Also, we did not like how when we arrived they tried to get us to go and listen about a timeshare to get deals for things on the resort. Lastly, the mosquitos were extremely bad! Other than that the resort was gorgeous, clean, quiet, and relaxing. The food was good and Arturo was amazing!」

「Check in process was smooth. Friendly staff and helpful. Never expected a much bigger apartment wuth a TV with netflix/youtube kitchen and fridge and microwave. Sooo much better than the hotel. 2 bedrooms with two beds and 1 king bed on the other room with uts own full bathroom. There is also washer and dryer which is very convenient if you enjoy the water everyday. There is also a rooftop infinity pool that is only around 3 ft deep which is perfect for my kids that do not need floaties....

「El lugar esta muy limpio, bonito, cumple su propósito.」

「They do not have a pool .. It's only a soaking tub on top floor!! Extremely disappointing for me as I wanted to swim in a pool the entire vacation.. Also, you can't do laundry yourself.. Which I don't like!! The housekeeper's can but the fee is 25 U.S. Stuff was extremely friendly.. Be aware you can't swim in the ocean do to sargassum it smells and it is everywhere, Tulum and Cancun... Tulum is very expensive also..」

「Beautiful place」

「Llegue al lugar y me quedaba muuuuy lejos del centro , no es recomendable si no llevas auto , pague carísimo de taxy y decidí no quedarme , cancele y solicite mi reembolso y aún no recibo respuesta」

「The water sink is stifled, not hot water. We have to switch to another room in the morning for shower. No hair dryer as well. Worst hotel experience ever!」

「Great place!」

「Skip this place. It’s gross and they make zero accommodations outside of the rental agreement. We booked for a week. Arrived and realized how awful the property was a booked elsewhere. Understood that it was no refundable, but as a business owner to avoid a review like that you would think they would have met us half way and refunded as least a portion of the 6 nights. Also, if you don’t speak any Spanish at all, you’ll have a very hard time checking in. Sad that this was such a huge...

「MY Family’s Experience: This place is not a family vacation spot! We arrived on the 15th and left early morning on the 16th!」

「Fin lägenhet. Dåligt läge på hotellet. Ligger helt off i en gated community. Vår balkong hade läge ut mot en trafikerad gata vilket gjorde att vi inte kunde utnyttja balkongen alls. Inga restauranger i närheten. Dålig frukost. 」
