“This property uses a system of code bar to enter the property since there is no staff after 6pm. The code bar was sent to my phone but never worked. I had to call the security guard every night to be able to enter and jump the gate in the day time to enter. Every day in the morning the staff recheck the code bar but it never worked. We had the master suite facing the ocean with a huge balcony & jacuzzi & sofa set outside. . Stunning suite. Hot water in the shower , huge Bluetooth speaker , robes , beach towels. Since the suite is directly over the restaurant , we found 2 roaches in our shower area & one in the outdoor jacuzzi. “Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area. ”
