“My family's (2 adults, 3 kids) and total group's (4 adults, 6 kids) was very positive at Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort. The property was in great shape where it mattered to us, but it could use a little maintenance (i.e. entertainment room screen, some buildings needed a little love, missing tiles at the swim up bar). “This resort comes highly recommended. Everything about our time there was fantastic. The staff, every single person, was so friendly, hardworking, and helpful. Our butler was wonderful. “We stard here for 2 weeks (my daughter 10 and myself). We enjoyed every day here. A lot of options of food, a lot of activities. We were not able to joint a ocean because of seaweed but lazy river cant compared it. Kevin was out butler. Helped a lot with reservations, with any questions, was able all the time, provide daily a schedule with all activities for day. ”

“Absolutely stunning. Check in was a breeze, Evgar truly went above and beyond to welcome us. At check in, he booked us a special dinner reservation at The Magna restaurant for my husband's bday. Although reservations are not required, they truly made this dinner special with rose pedalled table, a "happy bday" plaque and a mini cake.The resort has a vast array of restaurants and I was expecting average buffet food, but let me tell you the food was delicious.
