「Where do I begin…from the moment I was greeted with champagne to Jesus who checked me in at the front desk (outstanding) and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction every time he saw me…although the food wasn’t 5 star it was good and very good at some of the places. Yoel who was the manager at Magna and the Grille took great care of me as well as all the wait staff. Gregory was the best though and took great care of me at Casa Isabelle and at breakfast. He made me feel like a queen....

「It was a nice place, not resort-ish at all, which we like, more of a homey feel. Waterpark was a big hit with my kids, worth the extra money per day. Staff was super friendly. Would def recommend!」

「This is not a luxury 4 Seasons Hotel, but it's very well situated, clean, comfortable and affordable. Gilbert the manager is very knowledgeable and helpful, bilingual, and knows the local scene very well. I was most impressed! The hotel is located across the street from bars which are very lively and rather noisy, especially on weekends. If you are not a party animal, reserve a quiet room (not a balcony room), as it can be quite festive at night!」
