「Sobre este hotel no puedo escribir mucho, fuimos reubicados en otro hotel,」

「Me gustó ambos hoteles, el primero estaba en mantenimiento y sin restaurante, el segundo mucho mejor.」

「I had to pay extra for green peppers and onions for my omelette and my key card did not work to access the pool. I went to front desk to get it fixed still wasn’t resolved I was annoyed and did not go to the pool at all.」

「Check in process was smooth. Friendly staff and helpful. Never expected a much bigger apartment wuth a TV with netflix/youtube kitchen and fridge and microwave. Sooo much better than the hotel. 2 bedrooms with two beds and 1 king bed on the other room with uts own full bathroom. There is also washer and dryer which is very convenient if you enjoy the water everyday. There is also a rooftop infinity pool that is only around 3 ft deep which is perfect for my kids that do not need floaties....

「El lugar esta muy limpio, bonito, cumple su propósito.」

「Beautiful place」

「The water sink is stifled, not hot water. We have to switch to another room in the morning for shower. No hair dryer as well. Worst hotel experience ever!」

「Llegue al lugar y me quedaba muuuuy lejos del centro , no es recomendable si no llevas auto , pague carísimo de taxy y decidí no quedarme , cancele y solicite mi reembolso y aún no recibo respuesta」

「They do not have a pool .. It's only a soaking tub on top floor!! Extremely disappointing for me as I wanted to swim in a pool the entire vacation.. Also, you can't do laundry yourself.. Which I don't like!! The housekeeper's can but the fee is 25 U.S. Stuff was extremely friendly.. Be aware you can't swim in the ocean do to sargassum it smells and it is everywhere, Tulum and Cancun... Tulum is very expensive also..」

「Orchid House Jungle hotel was a great choice for our 4 day stay. Far enough away to not be bothered by droves of people, close enough to bike, scooter, or taxi to plenty of activities. The staff was helpful, genuine, and thoughtful. Frank our main contact listened to our needs/wants and absolutely had great suggestions and personalized our stay. Jose the primary bartender whipped up delicious Mezcal drinks and sweet Jamacia (Hibiscus drink) while also suggesting cenotes and places to visit. ...
