"Food is always fantastic! Hardest part is deciding what to get! Good thing you can try multiple! My wife had a great time at the spa as well. I got nice free short massage at poolside which was excellent! Great service and kindness all around, all staff is helpful and pleasant and makes you feel important and cared about. "Once you understand that all of Costa Rica is like this, then you get that it is normal. There were pairs of cops on many corners so I felt pretty safe. Even in the evening, it was just a bit slower and cooler than the day. Just always lots of people. The Jade Museum was terrific. The National Theater was closed for tours. :( Great food everywhere. It was great. The room was nice and it was clean. The AC was perfect. "

"The property standards exceeded our expectations. We had a few maintenances issues but all were quickly resolved. The restaurants were superb and provided a huge variety to choose from. The rooms were clean and in immaculate condition. The staff were all outstanding and I would certainly give it top consideration for future trips to Cancun. Overall, it was an outstanding vacation."
