"Nice hotel"

"Place was nice, beds are super noisy could hear them from other peoples room. Away from everything very secluded. Staff still has alot of work to do, wait times at restaurants were alot . Over all it was an ok expericence. Would I stay here agin? Probably not."

"This was the absolute best experience at a hotel I have ever had. I booked 3 nights, then loved it so much that I booked another 4 nights. Because of my Platinum Expedia status I did get upgraded which got me a room further up the mountain with even more privacy. I was upgraded to the Brisas Beach Club with a private pool. EPIC! The service was so great. They have these safari jeeps that pick you up and take you wherever you need to go and they arrive fast. I never waited more than 3-5 minutes...
