「This property had exceptional service and well managed. The food was top notch. My issue comes to the very poorly managed property for beach area. The service at beach was great as usual for secrets brand but the beach area was run down and falling apart. Obviously a very old facility that has been advertised as only several years old. As well as the issue of most of the eating options closed on main resort and no food area open besides the bar and a small hamburger grill table set up to which...

「Todo muy bien」

「cómodo, céntrico, limpio, personal amable..」

「I was there for 2 night. I love this place look amazing and room was really nice and staff friendly. Everything perfect but only this I didn’t like when u have to check in they will take your whole hour for wait on front desk and there is lot a mosquitos other that place is amazing」

「transporte local seria ideal..」

「The Spa is fabulous and the staff also. The rooms were very clean, but due to the humidity the floor was always damp.」

「Our stay at TRS Yucatán Hotel was absolutely perfect from top to bottom! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful property and relaxing atmosphere to the outstanding service we received throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. A special thank you to Carlos, our butler, who truly made our experience extra special! His attentiveness, professionalism, and exceptional service made such a difference throughout...

「Beautiful location, clean modern rooms, ocean front pool and staff super helpful. The hotel electricity is run with a generator so no hair dryers, mini fridges and some rooms do not have aircon. But if you are looking for an authentic beach hut experience this is for you. Be sure to bring insect repellant.」

「My wife and I loved our anniversary at this 5 star resort with healthy wildlife and great food, pool, bar, and staff driving the carts. Expedia VIP wristbands were great for daily access to the excellent spa pools (jets, steam, hot tub, plunge, sauna, vitamin shots). Concierges David and Erick were shining stars, booking plans, giving daily updates, checking in, stocking our minibar, and bringing blankets, a memory foam pillow, decor, treats, and bubbly. I always need a concierge now! We loved...
