“Nice boat with friendly and helpful crew. The boat taking you to and from the boat took 40-60minutes which was a bit more than expected. Food was ok, but the views were amazing. Nice and clean rooms. ”

“Can’t fault the cruise or the staff who were brilliant.. But if you get up early to marvel at the views of a world UNESCO heritage site your going to be extremely disappointed and annoyed to see a HUGE amount of floating rubbish deposited by boats of all kinds including the boats that brought you there..!! We did see one small boat attempting to clean up some rubbish with a small net with very little impact. Please Vietnam look after your UNESCO site a lot better than you are.”

“We were a little apprehensive about booking our bucket list Ha Long Bay cruise with Scarlet Pearl after reading mixed reviews in various platforms but we went ahead with it and went with no expectations. “Fizemos o cruzeiro de 24h a cabine era muito confortável, ampla e com varanda. Toda a comida servida era muito saborosa e diversificada. Como sou alérgica a camarão e abacaxi fizeram adaptações ao cardápio para me atender. Apenas como sugestão deveriam pensar em fazer uma adaptação no programa os dias mais frios e com tempo ruim. Paramos para nadar e fazer passeio de caiaque no primeiro dia, mas os 16ºC não foram convidativos para a atividade. Talvez navegar um pouco mais teria sido mais……

“スンソット洞窟とティートップ島に行くと旅程に載っていたので期待していたのですが、両方行きませんでした。 1日目と2日目のアクティビティは場所が違うだけでほぼ同じで、浮島のような場所からカヤック（またはボート）かスイミングでした。どちらかの日に鍾乳洞に寄るなどアクティビティを変えたらもっと満足度が上がると思います。食事も美味しいとはいえません。お部屋の装飾やスタッフさんの対応は良かったです。どうもありがとうございました。”

“The friendliness of all the staff (especially the manager Thao Le) was exceptional. The views were amazing and the overall experience was very relaxing. Scored down for cleaning as the shower room walls and bathroom floor was not cleaned to standard. Food was ok, set menu better than the buffet. Thanks to the staff i would highly recommend.”

“Diet Cruise - kleines, etwas überkandidelt gestaltetes Schiff mit älterer Technik (Fenster schliessen nicht richtig,) und freundlichem, aufmerksamen Service.. Wunderschöne Route! Leckeres Essen, leider fixes Menü mit sehr kleinen Portionen. Wer mehr will, muss das oft und deutlich ssgen, und auch dann wird es schwierig. Jedes Glas Wasser wurde extra berechnet, nichtmal einen Kaffee in der Wsrtelounge gab es umsonst, und für did Snacks der Minibar kann man an Land gediegen essen gehen. Also,……
