“We just got back from our trip, to no fault of the hotels, we chose a heavy sargassum season (May) so the beach was unfortunately unusable and the smell was quite potent. “I love this little town. Been going there for many years and love the hotel. Staff helpful. There is no elevator for those who need one. We were on the 3rd floor which was fine but if you have issues it could be a problem. As I said I love the little town but they are losing their beach. The sargassum seaweed is a real thing and starts in the early April or so and lasts for a while.
