「Over all a wonderfull stay i had the luxurious grand master suite with jaccuzi tub was mostly clean only thing that wasnt clean was the air filters for the ac units they dont look like they have been changed in years. The food was exelent didnt have any issues with what i ordered how ever i feel like they need to add a resturaunt service for mondays as theres only 1 dinner option. 「Checked in and went to the beach. A friend that was staying at a near by hotel came by to visit. Was immediately confronted by security and escorted to the front desk because she did not have an armband. Paid an additional $60 per night for her to visit!! The next night I was questioned by hotel staff because they assumed that I wasn’t a guest because I had a different colored armband but it was the armband given to my by the front desk. GET IT TOGETHER!!」

「Nicely located intimate hotel on the beach, but steps from Fifth Avenue. We were warmly greeted when we arrived early and the rooms were ready and they granted an early check -in . We spent two wonderful fun days at the beach club here and Ernesto made the experience wonderful . Our rooms were side by side on the upper level and the views and balconies complimented the comfortable room and spacious bathroom . 「They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!」

「The staff were generally friendly, but there weren’t enough of them. Many times, stations were understaffed or not staffed at all.
