“喜欢这家度假村的多样性，无论是吃的，玩的，住的都很好。设计方面也很特别，大堂去到房间的路上也设计得很好，路上有很多餐馆和上商店。不好的在于高峰期的时候等车要等很久，里面太大了，没车走路真的又累又热。不过条件允许的话租个高尔夫小车出行还是很方便的。”

“Loved this resort. Very friendly and walkable. My only concerns was the services provided at the restaurants; many of the staff was rude and the food took forever. Other than that my family and I had a good time!”

“Property was nice, staff was nice they upgraded our room but the ac wasn’t blowing cool are that well and made some nights uncomfortable, Staff get orders wrong sometimes, and the phones in suite stopped working for 2 days, nonetheless the resort was beautiful and our butler was amazing, though it is small they know how to have fun! Food was good even though the limited dining options, and the resort is very secure and private. Perfect for couples and those who really want to get away.”

“We had a very nice stay at Melia Caribe Resort. Friendly staff, exellent breakfast, lunch, dinner, nice atmosphere, a clean room and plenty of hot water. Can be recommended. We were very grateful for the kindness and consideration shown by our concierge Any Liriano De Leon she is amazing she made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable and fun . She was always available to answer our questions also made sure we didn’t miss out on any fun activities that they had on……

“En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten……

“The food was great throughout the stay. I have been to many other resorts in the punta cana area and the food at grand palladium is the best so far. The entertainment could use some improvements compared to other resorts. Sports bar being open 24 hours is a plus. More variety of activities and more activities to choose from would be better. Staff was okay but not as friendly and accommodating as I have seen at other resorts in Punta Cana. I am not complaining about the staff I am just making an……
