Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Since the moment my bestfriend and I arrived we were treated like royalty. It was the most special we have ever felt in any resort we have ever been to. It was my bestfriends bachelorette and they were kind enough to bring us champagne and put a sign on our door. It was so sweet and thoughtful. The staff was incredible!!! 10/10 they were always ready and willing to help us no matter what. VIP Service was amazing. Some of the staff that stood out to us were Julio Rodriguez, Greta, and Jose. However the rest of the staff was also fantastic! We will definitely be recommending this resort to our family and friends! Food was also 10/10!"

"We went here to celebrate a family members anniversary this past Valentine’s Day weekend. What a great experience this was! From the moment we checked in and were offered fresh cold cocktails to all the points in between. The staff and their attentiveness was amazing. The food was great, the bars were great, the activities were fun, and the location was beautiful. Definitely a great vacation at a great price and we would definitely visit here again. Forgot to mention everything was included… yes everything."

"The food wasn’t great and they need a fan on the club dance floor. I appreciate them replacing the smoke alarm battery in Adelita’s after I pointed the constant beep out. I appreciated them removing the seaweed. I loved seeing the wild animals running around while walking through the property as well as beating the birds."
