“Bastante bien ! Solo que desde dos meses se pidió habitación con dos camas separadas, nos entregaron una king, os comentaron que están años en lista de espera, estuvimos 5 días y nunca nos cambiaron. En ocasiones en la recámara, restaurantes y otras zonas olores raros tirando a de muy mal gusto”

“Overall, our stay was disappointing. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready even though we were already in the middle of check-in. We were then downgraded from a first-floor room to a third-floor room that was much farther away. Traveling with four young kids, who were exhausted and ready to get settled and enjoy the resort, made this especially frustrating. The air conditioning in our room barely worked. It stayed at 24°C the entire week, even after adjusting it to 21°C and waiting for it to……
