"This was my first time staying at Sandos and I wasn’t sure what to expect. We had a wonderful time. We loved the room. It was spacious and had everything we needed. We picked a balcony lagoon view/beach view and it was nice. I’d be happy to pick the pool/beach view too. We had a complimentary wine and a bunch of drinks in the mini fridge, also a super nice coffee maker with coffee pods. The pool itself exceeded my expectations. It looked way better than the pictures. The pools were always clean and the water was nice. The one downside to the pool was that there was never any spots available. The whole five days we were there. There were spots open for “reserved” elite members but unfortunately not us. That didn’t hinder our experience through because we are more beach people anyway. The beach. AMAZING! I know you can’t control the seaweed but they did their best to clean up. We had a few days where the beach was super nice. The beach cabanas were always available. They had shade and they had curtains on the side for privacy. There was always someone from the bar coming down to take your drink orders. "

"The staff is very friendly. That is a huge plus. The pool parties were a good time and I liked the music. I loved the bottles of alcohol on the wall in the room. How fun!! The food wasnt terrible but wasnt great either. But I understand how hard it is to cook for the masses. One thing that could be improved is having more chairs in the pool area. But overall we had a great time. "

"Wow Temptaions ! What a time ! What happens there and what’s seen there stays there. Very clean property. Great breakfast buffet . We are at the steak house and loved it . The property is kept up very very well. Everyone is so welcoming and inviting . There’s a quiet pool to recover and relax away from the mayhem . Tips to the hotel : you need a late night snack place besides room service . You also need to work the bathroom design out better . It’s way too dangerous and fall prone . The beach had too much seaweed . The drinks flow !!! Wear your pineapples"
