The customer service, facility, and food were amazing. The food always tasted so fresh and the Mexican dishes were particularly fantastic. Our experience is definitely a memory we won't soon forget. This was hands down one of our best travel experiences.」

「A slice a paradise, with a romantic and boho chic atheistic. The food is delicious with fresh ingredients. It is a boutique hotel which we loved. We had 2 bungalows right on the beach so you can step out and enjoy the sound of the waves and had a choice of sun beds. The beach is rocky so we just used the pool. We had a car so could explore the area but if you want to unwind you could easily just relax there.」

「We had high expectations for this resort based on its rating, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the pool chair reservation policy. We were told that loungers had to be reserved a day in advance, yet they were always “fully booked.” The next morning we were told the same thing, but many of those supposedly reserved loungers stayed empty for hours, and some were never used at all. 「The property is nice. This time of year the beach is inaccessible. There were several things we needed or asked for and it seems the general answer was by default, no. The food was overall not as good as other places in the same category I’ve been. The formal dress code for dinner I wasn’t aware of until I arrived, and then was conveniently funneled into the gift shop with plenty of pants and shoes to purchase for men who didn’t show up with them.
