「Stayed 3 nights for my birthday and this was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had while traveling. Rooms were clean, hotel staff were very attentive to our needs. My husband got sick in the middle of the night, needed a quick linen change and they were right on it. They gave us a courtesy call in the morning to check in to make sure he was ok and find out if he wanted to see the onsite doctor. The only thing I can say needed improvement was the drinks and the food at the Mexican...

「Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful. Great location. Food and drink are great. A mix of fun and high end cocktails. Cater very well to allergies. ...

「This hotel exceeded my expectations. They anticipate needs well, such as providing flip flops and beach bags in the rooms, along with other thoughtful touches like bug repellant and tooth brushes. Staff are attentive and helpful. I enjoyed the various food options on site, which I was not expecting, given the small size of this property. If you find a vacancy, look no further. Fabulous. 」
