“The resort was really beautiful. The staff are really nice. The only issue I had was I got bit by something on the bed like I have like 10 to 12 big lumps on my hands and we noticed every time we close our room door when we’re leaving when we come back, it smells like poop. My vices don’t stay on the first floor maybe go up but overall the resort is really nice and also it’s far away from a lot of things and they don’t suggest or have any package deal to take you anywhere.”

“This place is brand new, only 4 months old since it opened. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you by answering your questions or by simply confirming a taxi when needed. I would stay there again, the only con I didn't like is that the closest convenience store is "walking distance" but the roads are very confusing [we got lost]. ”

"This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic drinks past 12am. Worst was, one of the nights the wifi stopped and guests had to pay for data. "
